Product introduction
Disc type continuous dryer is an efficient continuous drying equipment. Its unique structure and working principle determine that it has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small area, simple configuration, convenient operation control, good operating environment and so on. It is widely used in the drying of chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline products and other industries. It is well received in the practice of various industries. The production and manufacture of three types of atmospheric pressure, airtight, vacuum, 1200, 1500, 2200, 3000 four kinds, A (Tan Gang), B (contact material part of stainless steel), C (on the basis of B, adding steam pipeline, spindle and support for stainless steel, cylinder and cover top lining stainless steel). Three kinds of materials, dry area 4 ~ 180m 2, a total of hundreds of types of products, and can provide a matching auxiliary equipment, can meet the needs of users to dry all kinds of materials.。
Working principle
The wet material from the feeder is continuously added to the first dry plate on the upper part of the dryer. The rake arm with a rake leaf is used for rotary motion to make the rake arm rotary motion so that the rake leaf is continuously rolled and copied. The material flows through the surface of the dry disk along the exponential helix, and the material on the small dry disk is transferred to the outer edge and the outer edge of the large dry disk below the outer edge. The material moves in the large dry disk and falls in a small dry tray from the middle drop outlet. The size of the drying tray is alternately arranged on top and bottom, and the material can continuously flow through the dryer. The heating medium is filled with saturated steam, hot water and heat conduction oil in the hollow dry disk. The heating medium is entered by one end of the dry disk and derived from the other end. The dried material falls from the last drying tray to the bottom of the shell, and is finally moved to the discharge port by rake leaves. The wet part escapes from the material and is discharged from the outlet of the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disc drier is discharged from the vacuum port on the top cover. The dry material from the bottom can be packaged directly. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag type dust collector, dry mixture remixer, air diversion machine and other auxiliary machines, it can improve its dry production capacity, dry paste paste and heat sensitive materials, can easily recover solvent, and can carry out pyrolysis and reaction operation.
(一)Easy to control and strong applicability
◎The drying process is best achieved by adjusting material layer thickness, spindle speed, rake arm number, rake blade type and size.
◎Each layer of drying tray can be heated or cooled by heating or cooling alone, and the material temperature is controlled accurately and easily.
◎The residence time of the material can be adjusted accurately.
◎The flow direction of material is single and no backmixing phenomenon. It is uniform in drying, stable in quality and no need to mix again. < br /> (二)Easy and easy to operate
◎The driving and parking operation of the dryer is very simple.
◎After the feed is stopped, the material scale and rake can be transported to empty the material in the dryer.
◎Through the special large viewing mirror, the equipment can be carefully cleaned and observed.
(三)Low energy consumption
◎The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the material transfer system needs less power and less power consumption.
◎The heat conduction is used for drying, with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
(四)Good operating environment, recyclable solvent and dust emission meet the requirements.
◎Normal pressure type: because the air velocity in the equipment is low, and the humidity in the equipment is high and low, the dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so there is almost no dust in the exhaust gas from the top drain outlet.
◎Sealed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, it can easily recover organic solvents in wet gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and high recovery rate. For inflammable, explosive, toxic and oxidizing materials, nitrogen can be used as a wet gas to carry out the closed cycle, so that it is safe to operate. It is especially suitable for drying inflammable, explosive and toxic materials.
◎Vacuum type: disc drier operated in vacuum, especially suitable for drying of heat sensitive materials.
(五)Easy to install, small area
◎The drier comes out of the factory as a whole. The whole transportation needs only lifting and positioning. The installation and location is very easy.
◎Due to the drying tray layer layout and vertical installation, even if the drying area is large, the floor area is very small.

Technical characteristics
(一)vDry plate
◎Design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, the maximum can reach 1.6MPa.
◎Maximum use pressure: generally less than 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.
◎加Thermal medium: steam, hot water, heat conduction oil and drying disc are heated by hot water at 100 degrees C, heated at 100 to 150 C with less than 0.4MPa saturated steam or superheated steam and heated at 150 to 320 C with heat conduction oil. The heat can be heated with electricity, heat conduction oil and molten salt at > 320.
(二)Material transfer system
◎Spindle speed: 1~10 rpm, electromagnetic or variable frequency infinitely variable speed.
◎Rake arm: there are 2~8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each drying tray.
◎Rake blade: stranded on the rake arm, can keep contact with the up and down of the disk, there are many forms.
◎Rolling: the rolling and rolling of the materials that are easy to lump and need to be crushed should be enhanced in proper position, which will enhance the heat transfer and drying process.
(三)The shell has three types of normal pressure, airtight and vacuum
◎Atmospheric type: cylinder or eight prism type, with two types of structure. Heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe can be inside the shell or outside the shell.
◎Closed type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, heating medium import and export main pipe can be inside the shell, also can be outside the shell.
◎Vacuum type: cylindrical shell, design pressure is 0.1Mpa, heating medium inlet and outlet main pipe in the shell.
(四)Air heater
It is usually used in larger evaporation conditions to enhance drying efficiency.
