Necessary conditions for safe use of hot air circulating oven
      The hot air circulation oven is composed of angle steel, stainless steel plate and cold steel plate.   It is suitable for baking, drying and heat treatment in the range of ~300℃ (+ 200℃) higher than room temperature, and the sensitivity is usually ±1℃ . It has many models, but the basic structure is similar. It is generally composed of three parts: the box, the electric heating system and the automatic temperature control system. Its use and attention are summarized as follows:
  1.Hot air circulation oven must be placed indoors dry and level to prevent vibration and corrosion.
  2.Attention should be paid to the safe use of electricity, according to the hot air circulation oven power consumption to install enough capacity power knife. Choose enough power supply wire and have a good grounding wire.
  3.Mercury thermometer type thermostat with electrical contact points shall connect two conductors of the electrical contact thermometer to two terminal posts on the top of the box. An ordinary mercury thermometer is also inserted into the exhaust valve. (the thermometer in the exhaust valve is used to check the electric contact mercury thermometer and observe the actual temperature in the box) to open the vent valve hole. Adjust the electric contacts mercury thermometer to the required temperature and tighten the screws on the steel cap to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. However, attention must be paid not to turn the indicator iron to the scale.
  4.When all the preparations are ready, the sample can be put into the hot air circulating oven, then connected and turned on the power supply. The red light indicates that the oven has been heated. When the temperature reaches the controlled temperature, the red light goes out and the green light starts to start constant temperature. In order to prevent the failure of temperature control, it is necessary to take care of it.
