Project Description:
       Glyphosate, also known as a herbicide, is a non volatile white solid with a specific gravity of 0.5. It is a non selective and non residual inactivated herbicide. It is very effective for many years of root weeds. It is widely used in rubber, mulberry, tea, orchard and sugarcane fields.

  In view of the drying technology characteristics of glyphosate, the company developed a special drying machine for flashing of glyphosate. On the basis of digesting and attracting foreign advanced equipment and technology, the special dryer for glyphosate developed a new drying equipment used to dry paste sticky, filter cake and heat sensitive materials.
Equipment Description:
      The hot air tangent line enters the bottom of the dryer and forms a strong rotating wind field under the agitator. The paste material is entered into the dryer by a spiral feeder. Under the strong action of high speed rotating stirrer, the material is dispersed by impact, friction and shear force. The bulk material is quickly crushed, and it is fully contact with hot air, heated and dried. The dry material after dehydration rises with the heat flow, and the large particles are intercepted by the classification ring. The small particles are discharged from the center of the ring, and are recycled by the cyclone separator and the dust collector. The dry or large mass material is flung to the wall by the centrifugal force, and then it falls to the bottom to be crushed and dried.
     The flash dryer has the advantages of high technology content, high standardization, environmental protection, safety, low consumption and simple maintenance.

On the design structure:
  ①the bottom of the dryer is set up by the inverted cone shape, which makes the flow section of the dry gas expand from bottom to top, the bottom air flow is relatively large and the upper air flow is relatively small, so that the large particles in the lower part are in the fluidization state, and the small particles in the upper part are also in the fluidized state, and the hot air is rotated along the vertebral body, and the bottom is raised to the bottom. The wind speed reduces the length of the cantilever part of the mixing shaft and increases the safety and reliability of the operation. The bearing can be placed outside the machine, and the bearing can be effectively prevented from working in the high temperature zone, thus prolonging the service life of the bearing.
  ②The scraper is set on the agitator. While the material is crushed by the stirred tooth, it is thrown to the wall and sticking to the wall. If it is not shaved in time, the equipment will vibrate seriously, and even the agitator can not be turned. The scraper is set on the stirring teeth, so that the material sticking to the machine wall can be spalling in time to avoid sticking to the wall.
  ③The rotation number of the mixing shaft is controlled by the stepless speed control motor. According to the requirement of product size, different speeds are selected. The quicker the speed of the stirring shaft, the smaller the particle size of the product.
  ④A classifier is set up on the top of the dryer. By changing the diameter of the hole of the classifier and the height of the classification section, the air velocity is changed to control the particle size and quantity of the dryer, the final water content and the residence time of the material in the drying section.
  ⑤The speed of the screw conveyor is controlled by an inorganic speed motor. The feeding speed is controlled according to material properties and drying process parameters.
