Gypsum is a mineral, the main chemical composition is calcium sulfate, widely used in industrial materials, medical materials and building materials, can be used for cement retarder, gypsum building products, medical food additives and so on. According to the material characteristics of plaster, the company independently developed the plaster special drying equipment, the utility, stability, economy and safety of the equipment, and designed the target in the aspects of energy saving, high yield and environmental protection, which made the performance of the whole equipment reach the advanced level of the industry.
Equipment Overview:
The special air dryer for_gypsumconsists of heating system, feeding system, drying system, receiving system, control system and fan. When working, the wet material is sent to the drying chamber by the spiral feeder. The material meets the high speed hot air in the drying room. The material is moved to the upper end of the drying chamber by the hot air, and the material is quickly dried in the process. In order to effectively prolong the retention time of the material in drying, a swirling dryer is set behind the main dry pipe. After the main dry pipe, the material goes into the cyclone drier and continues drying, and then enters the cyclone separator. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material settles along the cylinder wall until the outlet of the lower end, and the fine powder which is not separated by cyclone separator enters the pulse bag filter.
