Project Description:
In recent years, the production of lithium-ion batteries in China has greatly increased. By the end of 2012, the production of lithium-ion batteries was as high as 1.875 billion. The cathode materials for lithium battery have also come from a single phase of lithium cobaltate, to lithium cobalt, lithium manganate, lithium nickel cobalt, lithium nickel cobalt manganate, and lithium iron phosphate. Working principle of equipment:
The heat is passed through the inner shell to the dry material. Under the driving force, the tank is rotated slowly, and the material in the tank is mixed continuously to achieve the purpose of strengthening; the material is in the vacuum state, the pressure drops to the saturated state of the material surface, and the vacuum pump is made. In time, the solvent in the material is continuously permeated, evaporated and discharged to the surface. The three processes are continuously carried out, and the material is dry in a very short time.
Equipment Description:
(1) the equipment is composed of a main engine, a motor, a rotary joint and a reducer.At the top of the equipment

(2) a 400 mm manhole is set on the top of the device, and a stainless steel butterfly valve is arranged at the discharge port.
(3) Set the required temperature according to the process requirements, and according to the set temperature range, use hot water or steam heating, heating system by the user.
(4) the dry material is put into the dryer. Under the vacuum condition, the material is constantly turned over and the heat is received from the surface of the contact wall. Thus the drying of the material is accelerated, and the time is saved by 1/3 than the static vacuum dryer, and the labor productivity is improved.
