The general centrifugal spray dryer is difficult to meet the requirements of modern traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, our company designed a special spray mist dryer for the extract of traditional Chinese medicine, and made the industry in 2009. Standard.
Working principle of equipment:
     The high speed centrifugal spray device of traditional Chinese medicine extract is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It is also the use of high speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the material into fog, fully contact with the hot air, complete the instant drying, and form a drying device for the powdery finished products.
     The spray dryer specializes in traditional Chinese medicine extract is specially used to solve the spray dryer of Chinese medicine extract and plant extract. It solves the following situation of material in the original LPG high speed spray dryer in the drying of Chinese medicine extract.
1. The material adhered to the wall, and the rate of powder collecting was low.

3. It is difficult to clean and do not meet the requirements of GMP.
4, low output: LPG-150 spray dryer, its output can only deal with 50-60kg/h liquid.
In view of the above situation, we design the difficult problem of the Chinese herbal extract dryers according to the material properties and technological requirements of the Chinese medicine extract. The dried material has a good color, no deterioration and greatly improved the economic benefit of the factory. The Chinese herbal extract has the following characteristics compared with the LPG high speed centrifugal spray dryer.
1. Three level air purification was adopted to make the intake air reach 300 thousand level requirements.
2. The cold wall device is adopted to make the inner wall temperature reach 80 degrees centigrade, and the material stays on the wall without coking.
3, the whole volume is 3.5 times the original LPG standard centrifugal spray.
4. Adopt quick open flushing device, suitable for multi variety production requirement.
5. Dust removal is carried out by wet dust removal, so that the dust does not go out and meets the environmental requirements.
