According to the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine, we designed a belt drier that conforms to the Chinese herbal medicine. It uses a belt dryer to dry the pieces, not affected by the climate, is more dry than natural, and can shorten the drying time, and can be produced in large quantities.

Equipment features:
1, the inlet temperature of hot air is controlled by the ratio control valve, and the inlet temperature is controlled within the set range.
2, mesh belt speed and variable frequency can be adjusted to ensure the material residence time and ensure the discharge quality.
3, drive motor, mixing motor and draining fan can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
4. The bottom of the bottom belt of the machine is made into inclined plane to collect and clean materials.
5. After the equipment is completed, the transmission and transportation system is tested and run without abnormal noise and jamming.
