Project Description:
  Pesticides can be used to kill insects, fungi and other organisms that harm crop growth. The earliest pesticides used are DDT, 666 and so on. They can kill pests in large quantities. But they are stable, can exist in the environment for a long time, and accumulate in animals and plants and human bodies. Later, organic phosphorus pesticides, such as dichlorvos, were used instead of the original pesticides. However, their toxicity is too great, which is very harmful to human and livestock. In recent years, a number of highly effective and low toxic pesticides have emerged, and now people have found a specific pesticide, namely hormone pesticides.
Working principle:

     The dry material (particle or fine powder) is put into the dryer. After the air is dusting by the medium effect filter, the heater is heated up to the temperature needed for drying, then it enters the main tower, and when it passes through the porous plate at the bottom of the hopper, the material flows in the hopper and removes the water and dry, and the water evaporates with the exhaust wind through the cloth bag. The filter is filtered and discharged by the blower. The fine powder rising with the wind in the drying process is collected by the cloth bag and returned to the fluidized bed through the ash cleaning device.
