Content:The drying system mainly includes blower, air heater, vibrating fluidized bed, cyclone collector, bag dust collector, induced draft fan, exhaust cylinder and other equipment.

  According to the characteristics of bread crumbs, vibratory fluidized bed dryer is selected. Vibratory fluidized beds are vibrated on a conventional fluidized bed. The fluidization of the ordinary fluidized bed is realized entirely by the energy of the air. In the vibrated fluidized bed, the fluidization and transportation of the material is mainly realized by vibration. The hot air is mainly used for heat transfer and mass transfer, and takes the heat away, which obviously reduces the amount of hot air and saves the energy. In addition, the material breakage decreases and the dust entrainment is less.
      This drying system mainly includes blower, air heater, vibrating fluidized bed, cyclone collector, bag dust collector, induced draft fan, exhaust pipe and other equipment.
 
Equipment features:
