The collecting system of the spray drying unit is formed by the combination of the first stage cyclone separator + bag filter. The first grade cyclone is collected with high gas and high efficiency cyclone, and its powder collecting rate can reach about 96%. And the bag filter is an optimized equipment for the special design of protein powder dust removal. It can completely separate and settle the material from the wind. The bag is a water repellent oil proof and antistatic cloth bag, and the filter number can reach more than 500 eyes.
