Product use
  The device is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol from pharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical industries. It is also suitable for the distillation of other solvents such as methanol. According to the requirements of the user, the device can distillate diluted alcohol of about 30 degrees to 90~95 degrees alcohol. If the accuracy of the finished product is high, the reflux ratio can be increased, but the output will be reduced accordingly.
Structure characteristics and technical performance of equipment
  This device adopts high efficiency ceramic corrugated packing. The distillation tower body is made of stainless steel, thereby preventing the phenomenon of plugging iron fillings and prolonging the service life of the device. Stainless steel is used in all parts of the equipment such as condenser, pressure regulator and cooling snake pipe to ensure that the finished alcohol is not contaminated. The W-type distillation kettle uses detachable U-type heating tube, which can be removed from the outside of the kettle for easy cleaning of the outer wall of the heating tube and the inner wall of the distillation kettle.
  The ZW type saves the indirect heating distillers. The condenser adopts the tube type heat exchanger, and the spiral plate heat exchanger can be supplied according to the requirements of the user. The cooler adopts the coil type cooler, the coil type cooler is adopted and the stable pressure tank and the specific gravity measuring device are supplied.

Device composition
  W type has five specifications, each of which includes the corresponding configuration of distillation column, distillation kettle, condenser, cooler, pressure regulator, gravity tester. The W-200 and W-300 distillation towers are directly installed on the distilling kettle. W-400, W-500 and W-600 distillation towers and distillation kettle are installed respectively.
 
  ZW type has ZW-200, ZW-300 two specifications, each specification includes the corresponding matching preheater, distillation tower, condenser, cooler, pressure regulator, specific gravity tester.
 Other auxiliary equipment and instruments such as: metering tank, storage tank, transport pump, rotor flowmeter, temperature indicator and other users, our factory can also be processed or replaced according to the requirements of the user.
