一、Overview:

     WFS series comminution unit is a new product of new design. It combines the advantages of micropulverizer, high efficiency shredder and universal pulverizer. The new Chinese herbal remedier, compact internal structure, convenient disassembly, low installation, low energy consumption, high efficiency and beautiful appearance are the ideal new products for the comminution of Chinese herbal medicine.

二、Structure and working principle:

1、The main structure of WFS series pulverizer consists of the pulverizing system, sorting system, collecting dust collection and air diversion system. The main engine of the driving device consists of a crushing box, a feeding bucket, a moving knife and a gear ring. The material is made up of a pipe, a cyclone separator, a closed bucket or a wind turbine, and the dust has a cloth bag, a suction fan and so on.

2、Working principle: the inside of the comminution chamber is a multi tooth blade knife, the outer ring has a reverse tooth ring and the power relative. When the material enters the comminution chamber through the feeding bucket and the lower material mouth, the power is running at high speed under the driving force, and the material is cut and impacted in the fixed knife to achieve the long fiber dimension crushing purpose. The rear part of the comminuted chamber is the screening part. The material in the comminuted chamber is screened by the draft fan under the effect of the fan. The fine material can be screened with the air flow through the screen, and the coarse material is divided into the crushing chamber to be crushed.

      After screening, the material is collected through the pipeline and collected after the cyclone separation. The dust is filtered into the bag for second collection.
