Working principle
After the air is heated and purified, the induced draft fan is introduced from the lower part and passes through the hole net plate of the hopper. In the workshop, fluidization is formed by stirring and negative pressure, and the water is quickly evaporated and then discharged with the exhaust, and the material is quickly dried.
Performance characteristics
◎The fluidized-bed is a circular structure to avoid the dead angle.
◎The hopper is provided with agitation to avoid wet material agglomeration and to form channeling when drying.
◎It is convenient, quick and thorough to use dump, and also can design the automatic feeding and discharging system as required.
◎The airflow is filtered through the sealed negative pressure operation. Easy to operate and easy to clean.
◎The drying speed is fast and the temperature is well proportioned. Each batch of drying time is usually 20-30 minutes depending on the material.
